Consumer Return Policy for Versai Jewelry

Return Period: You can return any item within 45 days from the date of the invoice.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all tags, boxes, and accessories.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Steps for Returning an Item

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside the package.

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Defective Items
1. Reporting Defects: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Shipping: Versai Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. We will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective product.
Inspection: Once we receive the defective item, it will be inspected. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement, according to your preference.

Special Order Items
Non-Returnable: Items that are special orders, custom-made, or personalized are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Notification: You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item falls under this category.

Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply for items returned after 45 days from the invoice date.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.
